NAD Injection: $50
ShOT Cards: 5 for $110 (must be all same injection)
NAD IV Therapy: $500 per session or $2,000 for 5 sessions if paid in full.
Oxygen:
$1 per minute OR
$12 for 15 minutes
$25 for 30 minutes
$50 for 60 minutes

We require a $25 deposit for all services to hold your spot. If you cancel within 4 hours of your appointment, we reserve the right to keep your deposit. If you cancel outside of the 4 hours deposit, we will gladly move your deposit to your next appointment.
